The Ground Control Station (or GCS) is developed for flight control and monitoring, as well as visual reception and realtime image recording during the drones flight.
The Ground Control Station is a complex embedded computer designed to control multiple communication modules for telemetry redundancy as well as hosting a server to control a swarm of drones, enclosed in industrialized aluminum.
Our Ground Control Station is equipped with Fast Roaming technology, a feature that allows us to quickly switch from one connection to another in order to get the strongest WiFi signal.
So we are no longer limited in terms of the number of WiFi antennas. Our GCS is now on UPS which allows it to maintain communication with the drones for some time despite a power outage.
